Refund Policy

After the logo template has been purchased and the user has access to the files, they are not eligible for a refund. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
 
BigLogoShop products are all digital files and there are no means of any actual goods being returned to BigLogoShop with the guarantee that the delivered files have been destroyed, therefore all sales are considered to be final and non-refundable once the download links have been emailed to the client.
